My wife and I have very limited experience in purchasing real estate, Michaela made us feel comfortable with the whole process.  We were impressed by numerous qualities she possessed but one we really appreciated was her ability to answer our questions, the few questions we asked that she did not know the answer to, she found the answer in a very timely manner.  She kept in daily contact with us either by phone or email.  Basically, we felt we could trust her judgement and advice and she made the whole process as comfortable as possible.
